SHINY BREWING COMPANY LTD - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Definitions:

    a. "Shiny Brewing Company Ltd" refers to the seller.

    b. "Customer" refers to the purchasing party.

    2. Orders and Acceptance:

    a. All orders placed by the Customer are subject to acceptance by Shiny Brewing Company Ltd.

  2. Shiny Brewing Company Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order.

    3. Payment Terms:

    a. Pro Forma: Require advance payment before processing & dispatching.

    b. Direct Debit at 14 Days: Payment will be due 14 days from the dispatch date of the invoice.

    c. Direct debit at 30 Days: Payment will be due 30 days from the dispatch date of the invoice.

    d. Conditions Apply: Direct debit customers must meet Shiny Brewing Company Ltd credit criteria, and conditions for direct debit are subject to approval. 

    4. Pricing and Taxes:

    a. Prices are as stated in the Shiny Brewing Company Ltd price list at the time of order.

    b. Prices are exclusive of taxes, and any applicable taxes will be added to the invoice.

    5. Discounts:

    a. Discounts, if agreed upon, will be specified in writing and applied to eligible orders.

    b. Shiny Brewing Company Ltd reserves the right to remove agreed-upon discounts if payment has not been made in full within the agreed-upon terms.

    6. Delivery:

    a. Delivery dates are estimated, and Shiny Brewing Company Ltd shall not be liable for any delays.

    b. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery.

    7. Returns and Refunds:

    a. Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged goods.

    b. Customers must notify Shiny Brewing Company Ltd of any issues within 1 day of delivery.

    8. Ownership of Goods:

    a. Ownership of the goods remains with Shiny Brewing Company Ltd until full payment is received.

    9. Credit Limit:

    a. Shiny Brewing Company Ltd reserves the right to set credit limits for Customers.

    b. Exceeding the credit limit may result in the suspension of further deliveries until outstanding payments are settled.

    10. Governing Law:

    a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK laws.

    11. Amendments:

    a. Shiny Brewing Company Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

    b. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance.

By placing an order with Shiny Brewing Company Ltd, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
